Limited intro offer

The strength you had at 25 is still in there.

No assessment, no contract, no expectation that you're already fit. Just a way back into training that actually works.

Built for people coming back after a break, not just people who never stopped.

Sound familiar

Somewhere between work, the mortgage and the school run, training stopped.

Not because you didn't want it. The fitness you had in your 20s is still there somewhere, you just haven't had a way back in that didn't feel like starting from zero, or risking an injury trying to catch up to who you used to be.

"

I don't want to just walk on a treadmill. I need something that will actually kick my arse, without leaving me injured trying to get there.

What most people tell us before their first class

The offer

5 for $50. That's it.

Everything you need to find out if this is your kind of training, without committing to anything bigger yet.

01.

Five real classes

Not a single trial dressed up as five. Come as many times as you like across your five sessions.

02.

Every movement, scaled to you

First class ever or first class back after years off, the coaches adjust the weight, the reps and the movement to where you actually are.

03.

Coached, not just supervised

Someone is watching your form every rep, every class. That's the difference between training and just moving.

04.

No lock-in after

Use your five classes, see how you feel, then decide. No contract starts automatically at the end.

Before you start

What people usually ask first

The honest answers to the questions that stop most people from ever walking in.

Is this only for people who are already fit?

No. Most people who start here trained hard once, life got busy, and they've lost the fitness they used to have. This offer is built for exactly that person, not for people who never stopped training.

What if I get hurt?

Every class is coached and every movement can be scaled. You won't be handed a barbell on day one and left to figure it out. The weight and the movement meet you where you are.

I can barely find time to get to the gym now.

Sixty minutes, a few times a week, is the whole commitment. No hour of cardio beforehand, no guesswork about what to do. You show up, you're told what to do, you leave.

I've tried something like this before and quit.

Most people who stick this time say it's the accountability that's different. Same coaches, same faces three times a week, makes it a lot harder to quietly disappear.

What if I can't commit to specific class times?

Your five classes aren't tied to one fixed slot. Use them across whichever sessions fit your week.

60 minutes, 3 days a week. That's it.

$50 for 5 classes. Come find out what your body remembers.
